While Cyclops has no superhuman physical attributes to speak of whatsoever, the destructive power of his optic blast is such that he absolutely has to be on this list. Played mainly by James Marsden - but also by Tim Pocock and Tye Sheridan as a youngster - he is the leader of the X-Men and has appeared in five movies in total in some capacity. In addition to his powerful energy attack, he is also a capable hand-to-hand combatant, but it is definitely his mutant power that warrants his place in this article. It has blown the roof off buildings and even destroyed a dam. However, if he wasn't wearing specially made ruby quartz glasses, it would fire continuously - and that would be absolutely disastrous for everyone.
