15 Most Underrated Spy Movies Of All Time

2. The Man From U.N.C.L.E. (2015)

Will Smith Enemy Of The State
Warner Bros.

The most recent flick on this list, 2015's The Man From Uncle reboot saw a pair of likeable, lantern jawed Hollywood heavyweights pair up to remake the beloved cult series of the same name.

With Sorry to Bother You's Armie Hammer and Man of Steel's Henry Cavill on board, the comic thriller powerhouse Guy Ritchie in the director's chair, and the then-recent sleeper hit success of the first Kingsman instalment fresh on the minds of viewers, this punchy but light-hearted spy caper couldn't fail, right?

Well, the bad news may have been found in its box office receipts (thank God Disney gave Ritchie a long-deserved hit with Aladdin last year), but the good news is that the film itself is a blast.

Stylish, slick, and benefitting from not one but two likeable leading men, this underrated thriller deserves to be reconsidered.
