15 Predictions For 2015 Movies That Everybody Got Wrong

6. The Hulk Goes Into Space - Avengers: Age Of Ultron

The Prediction: Rumours began swirling months ahead of Age of Ultron's release that the end of the film would see The Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) blast off into space for some reason, possibly as a sacrifice to help save Earth from Ultron, or that he might be exiled for causing too much destruction. Either way, it made so much sense for one major reason: with Marvel being reluctant to pull the trigger on a standalone Hulk movie, his going up into space would allow him to come into contact with the Guardians of the Galaxy and possibly co-star in their second movie. Because who wouldn't love to see The Hulk, Groot and Rocket hanging out? What Actually Happened: After the final battle, The Hulk, realising that he can't be with Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) without endangering her, departs in the Quinjet to parts unknown. Considering that he will next be seen teaming up with Thor in Thor: Ragnarok, it's possible that The Hulk did eventually end up in space, but above all else this is just a convenient way to keep the big green dude out of the picture for Civil War, so in terms of a blatant set-up for Guardians 2, it just isn't there. We'll have to wait and see where he actually went.
