9. Mila Kunis Is Replaced By Amanda Seyfried - Ted 2
The Moment: Due to her pregnancy, Mila Kunis wasn't able to return for Ted 2 as John Bennett's (Mark Wahlberg) love interest and eventual wife Lori, so a new love interest has been introduced by way of Samantha Leslie Jackson (Amanda Seyfried), a lawyer helping Ted with his case to be recognised as a human. Why It's Going To Suck: Because it completely undoes the entire crux of the first movie's plot: John had to juggle his friendship with Ted and his romance with Lori in order to eventually marry her. With Lori gone from the sequel, those stakes have been erased and it makes the first movie ultimately feel like it was worth nothing at all. There's still no word on whether Kunis appears in the movie in cameo form, though hopefully Seth MacFarlane will at least make a joke out of how ridiculous her sudden absence is. ...And The Rest Of The Movie?: Expectations aren't high at all, but it'll probably provide a few solid laughs, what with Morgan Freeman, Star Trek's Michael Dorn, Liam Neeson and David Hasselhoff joining the cast.
