4. Bucky Killed The Starks (And MANY More) - Captain America: Civil War

Ok, so it's probably a little unfair to count Bucky's kills from when he was The Winter Soldier, but if there's one thing we should have all learned from Civil War and Bucky's subsequent reprogramming in Wakanda, it's that there was always something of the old Buck in there. That's tragic at best and unspeakably harrowing at worst, considering what The Winter Soldier did in HYDRA's best interests.

We don't actually see too many of those kills on screen, though we do see him pull Jasper Sitwell out of a moving car and throw him under a truck, which is about the most brutal death in the entire MCU. Far more notably and heart-breakingly, we also see him kill Tony Stark's parents in the footage revealed by Zemo at Civil War's climax.

It's an unthinkable revelation and far more disturbing than the suggestions that he killed key political targets like JFK, but he gets something of a pass for being brainwashed.
