5. Skurge

In the comics, Skurge has an excellent arc: he's initially a supporter to Enchantress and Hela who ends up sacrificing himself to save his people from certain doom. And that really should have made for a great character in the adaptation for the screen.

Having Karl Urban play him also certainly didn't hurt expectations.

But then Skurge was unveiled as a mostly comedic character - a snivveling jock who doesn't so much join Hela's forces as simply start hanging around with her - whose motivation is mostly missing and whose ultimately flip on Hela means very little.

And on top of that, Urban's British accent is just awful.
