13. Korath the Pursuer

In the comics, Kree warrior Korath was enough of a big deal to warrant being his own lead villain. He came with badass cybernetic augmentations and a defining power to track his enemies by their brain patterns. Hence the name.

In the MCU, he was no more than a lackey to Ronan The Accuser, an elevated henchman given the opportunity to track the big bad's enemies on his own for a while, before inevitably failing. Rather fatally, if you remove him from Guardians Of The Galaxy and give his lines to any other no-name character, it simply wouldn't change. He matters that little.

It's also a crime to misuse an actor of Djimon Hounsou's ability that way, but at least they put him out of his misery quickly enough.
