2. Dracula 3000

A retelling of the Dracula story in a futuristic setting had some potential, but that's far from what Dracula 3000 ends up being. It has very little to do with Dracula, except for when they drop in names like Van Helsing and Orlok to make you feel like it's a real Dracula movie. This is one of those movies that uses a familiar name to trick you in to watching total trash. All that happens is that a spaceship's cargo specialist suddenly becomes a vampire, and then he starts killing everyone slasher style. They set the bar so low, and yet it still disappoints. The sets used for the spaceship are like something you'd see in a school play, and considering it's the year 3000, it sure doesn't look any later than 1982. There isn't one actor who delivers their lines in a convincing way, and that's a problem considering most of the movie is just boring dialogue. Still, the ending is so cringeworthy that it might be worth sticking around for. The last two survivors, one of whom is an android, don't know how to pilot the ship and so they prepare to die. The robot reveals that she's a pleasure bot, the guy yells "bingo" and carries her off to have sex, and the movie ends. Now that's a finale.
