15 Worst Movie Performances Of 2019
5. Bruce Willis - Glass
It must be strange, and surely at least a little bit difficult to return to a character you last played almost twenty years ago. Though Billy Dee Williams returned as Lando for the first time in 36 years for the Rise of Skywalker, this was nothing more than a glorified cameo. Bruce Willis starred in a real leading role as David Dunn in Glass, 19 years after Unbreakable.
The actor's career certainly isn't what it was in 2000, however. Following dud after dud, and phoned in performance after phoned in performance, it seems that the Die Hard actor is content enough to simply sit back and let the pay-checks come in, rather than offer any real substance to any of his roles these days.
Next to James McAvoy, who puts in an absolute master class of a performance as literally countless characters, Willis fails with just the one, snoozing his way through, knowing his name alone will always get him his next gig regardless of how well he performs.
