Pitch: L.A Confidential meets Boogie Nights Cast & Crew: Shane Black (Dir) Russell Crowe, Ryan Gosling & Kim Basinger Plot: A private investigator and a rookie cop team up to investigate the death of a fading pornstar in 1970's California. Reasons to be excited: Shane Black returning to the same genre as the excellent Kiss Kiss Bang Bang with a retro twist looks like a match made in handlebar heaven. Expect either one or both of the leads to sport comical mustaches in this thriller that should be all killer (dialogue) and no filler (sorry). Release date: May 2016
