On The Walking Dead: He turned up in the first half of the show's fifth season as Bob Lamson, one of Grady Memorial's police officers, who was captured by Rick's group only to escape on foot and get run down by Rick in a squad car and executed for the trouble.

In The MCU: Hernández portrayed Agent Jasper Sitwell, secret HYDRA agent, in the films Thor, The Avengers, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and Avengers: Endgame, the One-Shot shorts The Consultant and Item 47, and a few episodes of the first season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
