4. Daniel Roebuck
On Lost: Roebuck turned up as high school science teacher Leslie Arzt at the end of season one, though his tenure on the island was cut short when he famously exploded while holding dynamite from the Black Rock. Though he died, Arzt made further appearances in the show's third and sixth seasons via flashbacks and the flash-sideways.
In the MCU: He appeared in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s second season episode "A Wanted (Inhu)man" as John Donnelly, a friend of Lincoln Campbell who the Inhuman turned to while being pursued by the ATCU, only for Donnelly to turn on him after seeing a news report on his friend. Donnelly contacted the ATCU and refused to let Lincoln leave, and in the Inhuman's desperation to escape, he accidentally killed Donnelly.
