20 Absolutely Insufferable Film Characters Who Didn't Deserve THAT

Throughout all of the Saw movies, no trap is more infamous than The Rack. This sadistic device twists the victim's limbs off one by one before finally breaking their neck by turning it 180 degrees. Such a trap should've been reserved for a truly evil character such as, say, Saw IV's Ivan or Jigsaw's Anna, but that isn't how things worked out. 

This trap ultimately featured in Jeff's game in Saw III. In this case, a traumatized father was put through a game that encouraged him to let go of his thirst for revenge following his son being run over. In each of the individual traps, there was someone associated with the tragedy, with this third one featuring the drunk driver who knocked Jeff's son down, Timothy (Mpho Koaho). He was given a pitifully short sentence, which is one of the things Jeff is so distressed about.

Let it be said immediately: Timothy had committed an unforgivable mistake but, as the flashbacks show, he was incredibly remorseful for what he'd done. He did not deserve such an agonizing trap, and besides, he'd already been handed what could be the worst punishment imaginable, in that he'd have to live with the guilt for the rest of his life.
