Visiting Hours is a slasher movie focusing on a feminist journalist who incites the wrath of a serial killer after appearing on a television talk show. The killer subsequently attacks her in her own home, but she survives and is taken to hospital and he follows her there. The poster creatively depicts a hospital with several lights turned on and several turned off. The resulting pattern of the lights that are left on is that of a skull, depicting the inevitable deaths that ensue in the movie at the hands of the crazed murderer.
