Across the Universe is a musical romantic drama, the plot of which is centred on songs by The Beatles and the movie incorporates 34 compositions originally written by members of the Liverpudlian band. While it is by no means an obscure movie, its limited release and $29 million worldwide gross certainly doesn't make it particularly well-known. The poster depicts the universe - as per the title - with a cleverly designed strawberry-shaped cosmic singularity depicting the movie's stars (clearly influenced by The Beatles' song Strawberry Fields Forever, which is featured on the movie's soundtrack).
