Yes, there really was a film called Mr. No Legs. It's about two cops investigating the death of one cop's sister. She was killed by her drug-dealing boyfriend and, in turn, he was subsequently killed by his gang's lead enforcer - the titular Mr. No Legs (who is actually called "Lou", but you wouldn't know that, given that he's referred to as "No Legs" most of the time) - which makes the cops' quest a waste of time. Lou's wheelchair is fitted with shotguns and shuriken and he's awesome at martial arts - that's all you really need to know. The poster for it is amazing for all the wrong reasons, as it displays the titular character with his armed wheelchair in a manner that you can't help but feel intrigued by.
