20 Awesome Moments When Comic Book Movie Villains Totally Owned

12. A Deadly Kiss - Batman Returns

Certainly bringing new meaning to the term "owned," one, uh, "memorable" villain moment occurs when Batman falls off a roof and ends up getting sat on by Catwoman in Batman Returns. After being shot at by the cops, Bruce takes a tumble over the side of a building, only find to himself dazed and confused and looking right at her. At this point, she taunts him, before... well, she outright licks him on his face is what she does. "Maybe you should retire," she then suggests, before quietly disappearing, leaving Batman feeling well... totally owned in every way, really.

11. Everything Before The Mandarin Reveal - Iron Man 3

Okay, so the Mandarin didn't turn out to be exactly who we all thought he was going to be... but when Ben Kingsley's Trevor Slattery was pretending to be the Mandarin and we weren't yet aware of the plot twist (with that overwrought American accent and trademark shades), there's no denying that for every second he was on screen - or for every second that we heard his voice - the illusion was cinematic gold. So the Mandarin makes the list not just for one specific moment, but for all the entire pre-Mandarin reveal where he was pretty much owning the movie.
