April (Tara Reid) manages to ride inside a shark from space back into the Earth's atmosphere and land safely on a beach. That's not even the half of it, though: she then gives birth to her and Fin's (Ian Ziering) baby while still within the shark's char-grilled corpse, and the two decide to name the child Gil, after Fin's father (David Hasselhoff) who sacrificed himself in space to save the world just moments earlier. Yes, really. Anyway, the film ends with a fragment of the space shuttle falling back down to Earth, at which point it appears to hit April. The movie then ends on a cliffhanger, as it's announced that viewers can take part in deciding April's fate, voting with the Twitter hashtags #AprilLives or #AprilDies. Sure, there are plenty who are hoping that we'll get to see Tara Reid gorily crushed into bloody, meaty chunks, but we'll have to wait and see. Has the Twittersphere instead decided that they want to see more of April's Evil Dead-style saw-hand?
