19. Fighting With My Family

You're probably thinking that wrestling movies shouldn't really work, but that's more than likely based on the fact that WWE Studios perpetually churns out action nonsense as a vehicle to push their stars. The sports entertainment world itself has a much better track record recently of films, with The Wrestler, The Peanut Butter Falcon and Fighting With My Family all impressing.

The latter in particular is one of the biggest surprises of the year and not just because it's not terrible but because it's a legitimately great, funny, charming watch.

The great, uplifting story and strong performances - particularly from Florence Pugh and Nick Frost opposite Lena Headey, Vince Vaughn and The Rock for way less than his billing suggested - make for a really lovely watch.
