20 Best Movies Starring The Friends Cast

19. The Whole Nine Yards (Matthew Perry)

Matthew Perry gets just one entry into our 20-film list, and if reviews suggest it probably should've been 2009's body swap comedy 17 Again, the far more memorable choice is 2000's dark crime comedy film The Whole Nine Yards.

Above all else, the film pairs Perry with Bruce Willis, who of course had a memorable guest star run during Friends' sixth reason, reportedly a result of him losing a bet against Perry about the box office prospects of this very movie - Willis wrongly assumed it would bomb.

Though it doesn't ever quite realise its full potential, this underrated wheeler-dealer romp is defined by the spot-on chemistry between Perry and Willis, and entertaining enough that it probably should've led to bigger things for Perry's movie career.

Just don't bother with the sequel, though - it's terrible.
