20 Best Performances In The Wizarding World Franchise

18. Rupert Grint - Ron Weasley

Harry Potter Voldemort
Warner Bros.

It's unfortunate Rupert Grint has appeared in so little since Harry Potter, since he was a very engaging young performer throughout the films. In fact, out of the main trio, he was arguably the most consistent since he had a stronger start in the first film than either Daniel Radcliffe or Emma Watson did.

He made for a delightful and effortlessly endearing comic relief character that has many of the franchise's funniest moments to his name. Additionally, thanks to Grint's excellent chemistry with the other two members of the main trio, he made Ron Weasley feel like the coolest best friend you could ask for.

Grint also handled the dramatic moments of the screenplays, as well as the romance with Hermione Granger, very well and while Ron himself often feels overshadowed by his world-famous best friend, in terms of acting Rupert Grint far outshone series lead Daniel Radcliffe.
