Just as omitting Bond would be a grave oversight, so too would leaving Jackie Chan off this list - few actors in the history of cinema, if any, have come close to matching his fearless approach to delivering the most jaw-dropping, impressive stunts imaginable. One of his many stunts which makes you wonder just how sane Jackie Chan actually is can be seen in Who Am I?, the 1998 action movie he co-directed with Benny Chan. Featuring an incredible rooftop fight with champion martial artist Ron Smoorenburg, it's Chan's slide down the side of the Willemswerf building which is likely to leave you holding your breath in anticipation.
