20 Doctor Who Actors Who Have Been In Star Wars (& 2 Who Will Be)
19. Ayesha Dharker
Followers of the British soap opera Coronation Street already know Dharker as Tara Mandal but she's been in another type of opera too: a space opera! Under the weight of a clunky headdress in Attack of the Clones, Dharker played Queen Jamillia, the successor to Natalie Portmans Queen Amidala. Six years later, she landed a more morally questionable role in the Doctor Who story Planet of the Ood, where she played Solana Mercurio, a PA for Ood Operations. Mercurio's karmic reward for being complicit in selling the aliens as slaves was to be killed by an angry Ood.
