There's another, similar Easter egg in Ghostbusters II, although ringing the number in question might not be quite so exciting. The group are doing pretty well for themselves in the sequel (performing at children's birthday parties is everybody's dream right), so the TV advert doesn't appear again, but there's another phone number visible. During the montage sequence after the opening courthouse scene, when the new Ghostbusters sign is being put up with the ghost holding up the peace sign, the sign-maker's phone number, (516) 374-2340, is visible. That was and in fact still is, if you live in the US and wanna try it the phone number for Five Town Neon Service Inc, also known as "Johnny's Signs". META.
