20 Great Disney Songs You Never Got To Hear

10. As Long As There's A Moon €“ The Hunchback Of Notre-Dame

Another song that made it to the story-boarding stage, from a sequence that was ultimately abandoned because it pulled too much focus away from Quasimodo. The start of the song certainly packs in the typical Disney personality but the change in style and pace makes the song suffer quite markedly. It's too slow, it lacks charm and it doesn't match up to the quality of the rest of the film's songs, but it is still a good indication of what the originally conceived Hunchback might have felt like.

The song was actually one of a trio of cut songs €“ the others being "In a Place of Miracles" and "Someday", which was a candidate to replace "God Help the Outcasts," and which can be heard over the end credits, as performed by R&B group All-4-One in the North American English release, and Eternal in the UK version.
