14. The Middle Of The River - Pocahontas
This duet between John Smith and Pocahontas was originally intended to show their relationship developing, but it was rejected in favour of another song If I Never Knew You, which itself was supposed to be aired during the prison sequence, but which was dropped for pacing issues and played instead over the final credits (hence it not being included on this list.)
The song was ultimately never animated, and it certainly doesn't feel like it would have fit the film, while If I Never Knew You is a superior song all round, despite its own eventual cut.
