From one teen movie to another, Grease is a rather cheesy flick and not everyone’s cup of tea, but it has gone down as one of the most beloved movie musicals of all time. Whether it’s the feeling of youthful nostalgia, the undeniably catchy soundtrack or the interesting cast of characters, there is just something about the classic film which fans can’t get enough of.

When the lively hand jive contest commences, it’s hard to take it all in at once because there’s just so much going on. From Rizzo and Crater-Face’s ‘distasteful’ dancing to Sonny sneaking alcohol, as well as Kenickie flashing Patty’s underwear, and that one very enthusiastic highschooler in the background (you know the one).

Unsurprisingly, as the film's leads, it's Danny and Sandy who steal the limelight with their quick, cool dance moves. To add attention to the scene, the very drunk Sonny whisks Sandy away and Cha-Cha takes her place as Danny’s partner. Complete with flick-kicks and excellent synchronicity, the two win the jive content. You may not root for them as a couple but you have to admit they know how to put on a show.
