South Korean director Kim Jee-woon - who made A Tale of Two Sisters and A Bittersweet Life, as well as Arnie's The Last Stand – directs this masterful revenge horror about a police detective (superstar Byung-hun Lee) who goes after the psychopathic serial killer (Oldboy star Min-sik Choi) who killed his wife.

But he doesn’t just take revenge once but tracks him down, brutally hurts him, let's him go and then does the same thing over and over.

It’s a brilliant twist on the well-worn revenge genre, providing us with pulse-pounding chase sequences, some truly horrific and brutal violence and a thoroughly scary portrayal of a dangerous serial killer. And it ultimately asks the fascinating question: who is the real monster?
