9. The Breaking Bad Shoutout - Godzilla (2014)

Fight Club Brad Pitt

The opening titles to Gareth Edwards' 2014 Godzilla reboot contain a number of redacted slivers of text which are nevertheless visible in full for a brief time - a fraction of a second, even.

The credited sound designers have news reports talking about sonar, for instance, but when it comes to Bryan Cranston's credit, his name is sandwiched within text which, when redacted, leaves the words "Walter" and "white" visible for a moment.

This obviously serves as a most subtle nod to Cranston's legendary character Walter White from his hit TV show Breaking Bad.
