Back when Christopher Landon's new body-swap horror hit Freaky was first announced, many felt that the director had missed a trick by not titling the movie "Freaky Friday the 13th."

Hilariously, though, that was indeed Landon's original plan, given that the film's script was written under that name and it even went into production under the very same title.

It's fair to assume that the change was likely made for legal reasons, given that both Freaky Friday movies were produced by Disney, not to mention that those films were adapted from a hit novel.

It would've been the perfect title, but it's also a totally understandable change for a low-budget horror film.
