20 Indie Movies That Will Rule 2015

7. Digging Up The Marrow

There isn't much that's known about Adam Green's upcoming horror film, Digging Up The Marrow, and that's how the director likes it. If you're a fan of Green's or if you listen to his podcast, The Movie Crypt, then you'll know that he has purposefully kept the details of his film under wraps. Nevertheless, the few details that have been let loose promises one hell of a ride. In the film, Adam Green plays himself as he - alongside the great Ray Wise - tries to prove that "monsters" really exist. Is it a found footage movie? No. Is it a mockumentary? Nope, not according to the filmmaker. So what is it, exactly? Well, it's apparently difficult to put into a box. Just be afraid€ very afraid. Sample review (via Dread Central):
"Digging Up The Marrow is another unique effort from Green. It€™s as different as Spiral is from Hatchet, as Frozen is from Spiral, and as Holliston is from Frozen. Green seems to effortlessly create completely new visions with each and every project he creates, and Digging Up The Marrow is no different. To put it in the simplest terms possible, Adam Green has done it again."
