2. "Hunt Is The Living Manifestation Of Destiny" - Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation
The Line: When the Prime Minister (Tom Hollander) is taken into a room to be protected from an impending Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise), CIA Director Alan Hunley (Alec Baldwin) launches into a monologue about Hunt that goes as follows: "Hunt is uniquely trained and highly motivated - a specialist without equal - immune to any countermeasures. There is no secret he cannot extract, no security he cannot breach, no person he cannot become. He has most likely anticipated this very conversation and is waiting to strike in whatever direction we move. Sir, Hunt is the living manifestation of destiny - and he has made you his mission." Why It's Awesome: Because a line like that could either sound super-lame or super-awesome depending upon who says it, but of course, with Alec Baldwin doing the duty, there's no problem at all. His delivery is absolutely delicious, and makes a preposterous line sound undeniably awesome.
