8. Batman & Superman's Inevitable Team Up (Batman V Superman)
The Moment: Batman realises that Lex Luthor hasn't really been acting in the world's best interests, and teams with Superman to take down whatever threat Luthor has rustled up (likely one of the aforementioned villains). When It Will Happen: In the movie's third act, of course. Why It Will Define The Movie: Because as cool as seeing Batman and Superman fight will be, it's a foregone conclusion that they're going to eventually forge an alliance which will form the building blocks of the Justice League. After all, that's what this movie is really about (despite the title suggesting otherwise), and it's crucial that Snyder gets the beginnings of the superhero supergroup right.
Stay at home dad who spends as much time teaching his kids the merits of Martin Scorsese as possible (against the missus' wishes).
