5. Thanos Clicks His Fingers (Avengers 3)

The Infinity Gauntlet comic book arc saw Thanos carry out one particular action that emphasised the true extent of the power he was wielding. With one click of his fingers, he wiped out half of the sentient life in the universe. Now, we're not suggesting for one moment that the undoubtedly watered-down power he will be wielding on screen will allow him to do something on that scale, but there will have to be something that he does casually that displays just what he's capable of with the Infinity Gauntlet. Whatever it is, it needs to shock movie audiences to their very core and emphasise just what the heroes of the Marvel Cinematic Universe are up against. Perhaps, for example, he could click his fingers and two or three Avengers disappear out of existence? Then it would be down to the remaining members to defeat him to potentially get them back. What a shock that would be!
