4. The Cosmic Conglomerate (Avengers 3)

In the Infinity Gauntlet comic book arc, such was the power of Thanos whilst wielding the items that the abstract cosmic entities of the Marvel universe joined forces to combat his threat. Now, Thanos probably won't possess the same universal reality-warping ability that he did in the comics (as we've just mentioned in the previous entry) when he gets the Infinity Gauntlet in the movie continuity, but it will surely still require more than just the typical superheroes to take him down. Cue the cosmic entities. It's unlikely that the same group will come together on screen (Galactus isn't even owned by Marvel Studios and some of the other entities present just wouldn't work in a movie), but we know Celestials exist in the Marvel Cinematic Universe so seeing them, for example, and some other powerful beings concerned about Thanos would serve to emphasise exactly what level of threat our heroes were up against.
