Christopher Guest and his regular ensemble of comedy actors have been at the top of the game when it comes to making hilarious mockumentaries ever since they took to the stage in This Is Spinal Tap and asked audiences to smell the glove. Astutely observed while at the same time completely daft, their films are among the best comedies of all time. The 21st century kicked off with one of their funniest of all time, Best In Show, which duly won numerous comedy awards and was lauded by critics and audiences alike. Unfortunately the same can't be said for their follow up, A Mighty Wind, which sees Guest and company playing the various members of folk bands as they take to the stage for a memorial concert. With only a moderate taking at the box office and a single award for the title song, chances are A Mighty Wind is one of Christopher Guest's comedies that slipped you by.
