2. "Too Bad You...Will Die - Mortal Kombat: Annihilation

In this woeful sequel that had audiences inexplicably craving the presence of Paul W.S. Anderson, Kitana finds out that her long-dead mother Sindel has been resurrected by the villainous Shao Khan.

She expresses surprise, saying, "Mother, you've alive...", and Sindel quickly retorts with, "Too bad you...will die!" As an isolated piece of screenwriting, it's not quite the worst line ever, but paired with such a terrible performance, it becomes unconscionably awful.

The only likely reason actress Musetta Vander didn't get a Razzie for this line alone is because Batman and Robin came out the same year. Still, from the delivery itself to that ridiculous finger point, it's pure amateur hour.
