Whereas The Human Centipede featured a newborn being accidentally squashed under foot, A Serbian Film takes the violence towards infants to disturbing extremes and includes a scene which was dubbed by some "newborn porn". When former porn star Miloš becomes involved in a new production, torture and murder are the furthest things from his mind. But as the film unfolds his catalogue of horrors rapidly increases, including one shocking scene in which he murders a woman in a most gruesome manner half way through sex. Frantically pumping back and forth, Miloš's expression intensifies with each thrust, a voice telling him that the bound woman is "scum" who conceives babies in lust.
