3. Human Centipede 2 - Accidentally Squashing A Baby
Few horror movies are as deliberately tasteless and offensive as the Human Centipede trilogy - Dutch director Tom Six transformed being as crude and disgusting as possible into an art form, much to the displeasure of most mainstream film critics. The BBFC originally banned The Human Centipede 2 on account of its "revolting" content but later allowed it to pass after 30 cuts were made - the scene where a screaming woman accidentally crushes her newborn baby evidently wasn't revolting enough, and remains in the released version. Desperately trying to get a car to start so she can escape the psychopathic killer obsessed with making his own human centipede, heroin Ashlynn's troubles are added to when she gives birth.
