13. Hostel 2 - Death From Below
Not only did Eli Roth introduce the world to a new subgenre of horror which became infamously known as "torture porn", he no doubt put more than a few students off the idea of going backpacking around Eastern Europe. Hostel 2 - the second and last in the series to be written and directed by Roth - sees a group of female art students lured to a spa where they are promptly kidnapped to be tortured and murdered by incredibly wealthy sadists. Lorna's demise is about as bloody as they come, bringing a whole new meaning to the expression "bath time". After being strung up from the roof an older woman enters the room and lies naked underneath her.
