After staring at this image for a good half an hour, wondering what on Earth the wearer was going for, I haven't yet decided whether this image of the brilliant Naked Gun star is either genius or just plain ridiculous. Still, it's a remarkably funny image, even it's a ludicrous choice for a tattoo.
