After spending two movies on a roaring rampage of revenge that sees her dispatch with the rest of the Deadly Viper Assassination Squad, Uma Thurman's Beatrix Kiddo/The Bride finally gets to live up to the two-part saga's title and kill Bill, utilizing the nifty Five Point Palm Exploding Heart Technique in the process.

Following a lengthy dialogue exchange and brief seated sword battle, The Bride busts out the technique that Pai Mei had secretly taught her, a revelation that Bill seems surprised and a little impressed by. Even though he had left his former protege and lover for dead, with her embarking on cross-continental vengeance in return, the two seemingly make their peace with each other in an emotionally-charged climax.

Accepting his fate, Bill struggles to his feet and embarks on his final steps. As the music swells in the background, he drops dead on the fatal fifth and final step. The Bride sits silently, wiping the tears from her eyes before embarking on the life with her daughter she had always wanted.

I don't do social media, so like or follow me in person but please maintain a safe distance or the authorities will be notified. Don't snap me though, I'll probably break. I was once labelled a misogynist on this very site in a twenty paragraph-long rant for daring to speak ill of the Twilight franchise. I stand by what I said, it's crap.
