20 Most Unfairly Hated Movies Of The 21st Century
12. Eurotrip (2004)
Why It's Hated: Much like Not Another Teen Movie, this jet-setting comedy was dismissed as an inferior copy of a prior film, in this case referring to Todd Phillips' 2000 sex farce Road Trip.
Hell, the movie even got thrown some unnecessary shade in 2008's Harold and Kumar Escape to Guantanamo Bay, as Kumar tells Harold, "It's gonna be exactly like Eurotrip, only it's not going to suck." What!?
Why It's Unfair: Taken on its own terms, Eurotrip is actually a surprisingly hilarious film, benefiting from a well-matched cast of lesser-known actors, memorable one-liners ("This isn't where I parked my car!") and outrageous cameos (especially Vinnie Jones, Lucy Lawless and Matt Damon).
If you've never hummed along to the unforgettable "Scotty Doesn't Know", well, you're probably lying.
