In the Heights is full of show-stopping dance sequences, though not one catches the eye quite as memorably as Nina (Leslie Grace) and Benny's (Corey Hawkins) performance of "When the Sun Goes Down."
The sequence sees the pair move outside onto the fire escape, where they dance alongside the wall in mesmerisingly gravity-defying fashion, representing a break from the film's otherwise tangible commitment to physics as we know them.
Though the cast and crew haven't revealed every trick involved in pulling the scene off, it reportedly required cranes, 360-degree green screens, and an incredibly expensive set. Clearly, the mind-blowing end result was worth all that effort.
