20 Movies Released In 2015 Guaranteed To Win Awards

11. The Hateful Eight

Release date: 13th November What's it about? Despite the script leaks earlier in 2014 - which infuriated Quentin Tarantino to the point where he almost considered dropping the movie entirely - The Hateful Eight is on schedule for a release towards the end of 2015, so fans will get to see his potentially awesome ensemble Western in which a group of bounty hunters converge on the small town of Red Rock. What makes it award-worthy? Tarantino's name alone is usually enough to ensure an awards nomination or two and with a late release this year it's not out of the question that The Hateful Eight will be considered for the Academy Awards in 2016. Whether or not it picks up any, the strong cast and Tarantino's track record means that this will certainly be a film to keep your eye out for.
