6. Solo: A Star Wars Story (Donald Glover & Paul Bettany)

Spider-Man: Homecoming's ice cream-toting criminal Aaron Davis (Donald Glover) and Vision himself (Paul Bettany) are both set to appear in the much-hyped upcoming Han Solo origin story, the former playing the legendary Lando Calrissian while Bettany's role remains under wraps.

Much of the film's discussion has naturally surrounded its rickety production, with original directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller being replaced by Ron Howard deep into production. Furthermore, reports have suggested that producers weren't initially satisfied with Alden Ehrenreich's performance as the title character.

Still, Solo's easily going to be one of 2018's most anticipated movies either way. Can it be salvaged, or is it destined to be an awkward prequel movie nobody really needed, rife with too much fan service?

It's probably best not to expect particularly startling results with a safe-but-uninspired director like Howard, but seeing Han Solo's genesis should at least be intermittently intriguing, even if not everything in the film works.
