7. Muspelheim/Surtur (Thor: The Dark World)

In Thor: The Dark World, as the Convergence was taking place - the Convergence being a cosmic event that occurs approximately every 5000 years and sees the nine realms lining up with each other - a number of portals leading to each of the realms could be seen on Earth. One of those portals was quite clearly the fiery realm of Muspelheim and, within it, a body of flames could clearly be seen moving around. This realm will become very significant in Thor: Ragnarok as Surtur - the being who will lead the onset of the catastrophic event - is from there. In fact, the body of flames moving around inside the portal may well have been the gigantic demon himself. Either way, this was a small glimpse in to the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as Thor and his allies will undoubtedly experience the realm in the Ragnarok event.
