20 Sick Cannibal Movies You Need To See Before You Die

3. Blood Diner

Like Parents, Blood Diner falls into the category of cannibal movies where characters are served human meat without their knowledge, and it is just as fun and delightfully offbeat. Released in 1987, Blood Diner follows two brothers who run a popular vegetarian restaurant, but all the while they plan to murder young women and use them to create a brand new dish. It's actually part of this elaborate plan to resurrect an Egyptian goddess, and the brothers are taking orders from their serial killer uncle who happens to now take the form of a brain in a jar. Could this plot possibly be any more out there? Unlike similar movies which are aggressively unpleasant, Blood Diner is intentionally goofy and super fun, full of bad acting, hilarious dialogue and awesome gore. You'll be treated to sequences like a woman being decapitated with a broom and a man being hit with a car over and over, not to mention all the guts and body parts that fill this diner's kitchen. In one sequence, guts are pulled out of a woman and then immediately thrown into a pot. If you're into somewhat obscure 80s flicks that don't take themselves too seriously and are all about having a good time, Blood Diner is a real treat.
