No, not in real life nor the film, but it's a working theory, hear me out. Much has been made of President Trump claiming that Ted Cruz's father was involved in the JFK assassination. The only reason this crazy balls theory had any traction is because a train with a load of mysterious hobos and vagrants was being unloaded around the time of the shooting, and one of "The Three Tramps" photographed had a vague familial resemblance to Cruz.

Alas, Cruz's father was not among the mysterious homeless people who, for some reason, couldn't be found later at any home. But Woody Harrelson's dad was.

Charles Harrelson was a hitman who was convicted of murder on three separate occasions. He also claimed to have some involvement in the JFK assassination and, according to the Jim Marrs book Crossfire (on which JFK is partly based), a forensic artist conducted photographic analysis and concluded the tallest Tramp was indeed Charles Harrelson.
