While The Social Network is completely different from pretty much any other David Fincher production, it didn't stop the director paying homage to one of his most famous films.

During the scene where Zuckerberg and Saverin discuss the former cheating on one of his classes with the help of a fake Facebook account. If you pause at the right moment though, you'll be able to see on the computer screen that the fake name used on the account is Tyler Durden, Brad Pitt's character from Fight Club.

It's such a small and subtle detail that you could have watched the film a hundred times without noticing it but now that you know its there you'll never be able to unsee it.
